Reporter: The NYPD has positively identified the victims and released these photos. 16-year-old tala area and 22-year-old rotana area, Saudi nationals who had been living in Fairfax, Virginia. There are reports the sisters had asked for asylum, and that the Saudi government ordered the whole family to return home, a detail the Saudis deny.
