Reporter: Tonight, prosecutors taking on that 57-year-old man caught on camera allegedly trying to fake a fall at work, all for insurance money. It’s truly not a victimless crime. Reporter: Police say Alexander goldinsky appears to dump ice on the floor at a New Jersey company where he was a subcontractor, then shuffles toward the ice, using a nearby counter to help make it look like he slips and falls. Goldinsky later filing insurance claims for injuries. As soon as somebody creates insurance fraud, medical fraud, everybody has to pay higher premiums. Reporter: An estimated $80 billion are lost to insurance fraud each year. Cathy Cashwell famously showed up on the price is right, despite claiming three grand a month for a shoulder injury. She pleaded guilty to fraud. That slip and fall will land him in court. Goldinsky has been arrested, charged with insurance fraud and theft by deception. He’ll face a judge next week. David?
