We did locate the female who was found deceased in a vehicle. Reporter: Early this morning, officers spotted Rowland. Police say he ran into a church, shooting and killing police say detectives had been working with Mccluskey to build a case against her ex-boyfriend before she was murdered. There’s a vigil tonight.
